Went right back…
This mop definitely does not live to the hype. The pad gets really wet and then requires constant readjustment. It did absolutely nothing for my carpets either….

poor and dirty
I just got this h2o and not only does it not work it was dirty- box was ok but the product was dirty with pop all over it.It only has little puffs of steam that comes out.
