Good for the $$
The previous reviewer must not be familiar with Hoover Y bags for even Hoover OEM attaches with a cardboard O ring. DUH! Seat it down as far it can go.

Good bag for a good vacuum
A Buna-N o-ring seal would be better than the cardboard connection to the vacuum. The cardboard seal works, but dust will blow out the back of the vacuum if the bag is not well…
