TERRIFIC HANDHELD– IT DOES WHAT IT’S SUPPOSED TO DO
This is a terrific little handheld vacuum. It does what it’s supposed to do: pick up small non-liquid spills.

Poor Battery Life
I too experience poor battery life with the product. The Vacuum is a nice handheld unit but I can’t even make it up a flight of stairs without having to recharge.

The handheld is terrible – stopped working after 1 year
I owned this for about a year when it stopped working. I had to continually depress the power button to get it to operate.

This is an incredibly useless product. It never worked for me and eventually would only operate for short bursts of a few seconds at a time.

Nice Vac
Great suction, easy to clean, love the hang-on-the-wall ability. We have it stowed away in the laundry room on the wall, very easy and convenient out of sight.

Buyer Beware
Dyson should be ashamed at releasing this hunk of junk. I also own a Dyson upright that has worked great.

It definitely sucked
It lasted less than a year. Battery life was terrible, suction was adequate but not noticeably better than others we’ve tried.

THE VIEW
This is a OUTSTANDING little vacuum cleaner. However, the battery life isn’t the greatest!! as a matter of fact, 10 to 15 mins tops!! But the suction power is very strong.

No suction and overpriced
I bought this because I have a Dyson upright. The upright has good suction but is not very good on carpets or anything else and is very chintzy.
